§ 70.48 LIMITATIONS ON BACKING.
   (A)   The driver of a vehicle shall not back it into any intersection or over a crosswalk, and shall not in any event or at any place, back a vehicle unless such movement can be made in safety and he shall have given ample warning to those who may be behind, by hand, horn or other signal.
   (B)   A violation of this section is punishable as an infraction.
