§ 70.47 INTERSECTIONS AT WHICH U-TURNS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No driver shall turn any vehicle so as to proceed in the opposite direction except at a street intersection; and no vehicle shall make a U-turn even at street intersections:
      (1)   Within the business district;
      (2)   Where an official traffic control device is in operation, unless such device indicates that U-turns are permissible;
      (3)   In the streets or portions of streets described in schedule 12 of § 72.02.
   (B)   A violation of this section is punishable as an infraction.
