§ 70.41 DUTY OF DRIVERS AT STOP INTERSECTIONS.
   (A)   Those intersections described in schedule 7 of § 72.02 are hereby declared to be stop intersections, when entered from streets first named; and when authorized stop signs are placed, erected or installed at such intersections, every driver of a vehicle shall stop, in obedience to such signs, before entering the intersection and shall not proceed into or across the through street until he has first determined that no conflict with traffic will be involved.
   (B)   A violation of this section is punishable as an infraction.
