(A) The provisions of this chapter may also be enforced by an appropriate equitable remedy issuing from a court of competent jurisdiction.
(B) Where this chapter makes unlawful a condition existing upon or use made of real property the same may be enforced by injunction and order of abatement in the General Court of Justice, pursuant to Chapter 160A-175 of the North Carolina General Statutes.
