§ 36.20 BOND ORDINANCES; DUTIES OF FINANCE OFFICER.
   Whenever a sworn statement of indebtedness is required to be filed by or on behalf of the city under the provisions of G.S. § 159-55, the Finance Officer is hereby designated as the officer to prepare and file with the City Clerk such sworn statement of indebtedness and to determine the amount to be inserted in any such statement as the estimated amount of any special assessments to be levied on account of local improvements for which any part of the gross debt set forth in such statement was or is to be incurred.
