§ 36.16 SECURITY REQUIRED FOR CITY DEPOSITS.
   Security shall be provided for the protection of city funds, as required by G.S. § 159-31(b), on all deposits made in an official city depository that exceeds the amount insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
