§ 34.75 CHIEF OF POLICE AS HEAD OF POLICE DEPARTMENT AND COMMANDER OF POLICE FORCE.
   The Chief of Police, under the general supervision of the City Manager, shall be the chief administrator of the Police Department and as such shall exercise command and control over the police force.
