§ 34.57 REVIEW OF SUBDIVISIONS.
   The Planning Board shall from time to time review the current regulations for the control of land subdivision in the area and submit to the City Council its recommendations, if any, for the revision thereof. The Planning Board shall also review and make recommendations to the City Council concerning all proposed plats of land subdivision.
