§ 34.56 ZONING.
   The Planning Board shall, in addition to its other powers and duties, have the powers and perform the duties of a City Planning Board with respect to city zoning, as provided in, Chapter 160D of the General Statutes of North Carolina and in Chapter 154 of this Code.
