For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AREA. The city and its environs, including the extraterritorial area as is shown on the map entitled "City of Asheboro 2012 Revised Extra-Territorial Planning Jurisdiction Area" and recorded in the Office of the Randolph County Register of Deeds in Plat Book 135, Pages 28-34.
