§ 34.02 COMPOSITION AND MEMBERSHIP.
   The Community Appearance Commission shall consist of seven members appointed by the City Council, which appointees shall be residents of the city or reside within the area in which extraterritorial zoning is exercised by the city. The members of the commission shall serve for terms of three years.
