All notices required by the City Charter or state law to be given relating to the creation of election precincts and of the polling places therein, and the registration of the voters of the municipality, the appointment of registrars and judges of election, nominations, dates of election, and all other matters relating in any manner to election shall be given by the Randolph County Board of Elections in accord with all applicable provisions of the City Charter and state law.
