§ 32.05 FINANCE OFFICER.
   It shall be the duty of the Finance Officer to:
   (A)   Receive and deposit promptly in the city depositories all money which he shall receive in behalf of the city.
   (B)   Keep an accurate account of all money which he shall receive in behalf of the city.
   (C)   Give a receipt for all money received by him.
   (D)   Render a full and complete statement of his receipts and disbursements to the City Manager at such times as the City Manager may require.
   (E)   Recognize and pay only such warrants as have been properly authorized through budgetary appropriations.
   (F)   Do and perform such other acts as the City Manager or City Council may require.
   (G)   Act as city accountant if designated by the City Manager to do so.
