10-7-2: STANDARDS:

Development and construction standards may apply to all improvements within a planned unit development (PUD) area. The city shall require development and construction standards be met when reviewing subdivision plats or plans for other public facilities. All projects within the city of Artesia's jurisdiction shall conform to the design and construction standards contained in this chapter and other city regulations. (Ord. 982, 11-10-2015)
