1-5-1: ELECTIVE OFFICERS:
The elected officers of the city shall be a mayor and two (2) council members for each of the four (4) districts 1 . Such elective officers shall constitute the city council and in it shall vest all corporate authority of the city. (1996 Code § 2.04.010; amd. 2002 Code)
