A. Officers: The city planning and zoning commission shall elect a chairman from among its members for a term of one year, with eligibility for reelection, and may create and fill such other offices as provided and in the manner provided by its rules.
B. Meetings: The commission shall hold at least one regular meeting each month and shall adopt rules for transaction of its business and shall keep a record of its resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations which shall be a public record. (1996 Code § 2.20.030; amd. 2002 Code)
