(A) No person shall park on any curb on any street, sidewalk, alley, or other roadway in the Village of Arlington Heights.
(B) No person shall drive over any curb on any street, sidewalk, alley, or other roadway in the Village of Arlington Heights.
(C) No person shall destroy, alter, damage, remove or deface any curb on any street, sidewalk, alley, or other roadway in the Village of Arlington Heights.
(D) Should any person wish to construct a driveway, that person shall submit a written request to the Mayor's office. No work on the driveway shall begin until the request is approved.
(E) A violation of this section shall be a fine of $150.
