(A) Parking of vehicles and trailers on residential lots. Any motor vehicle, camper, boat, or trailer parked in the front yard or side yard of a residential lot within the village is hereby subject to the following requirements:
(1) Such motor vehicle, camper, boat, or trailer shall be parked on an authorized parking area that is constructed of concrete, asphaltic concrete, premixed asphalt pavement, blacktop, brick or grass pavers or the equivalent, so as to provide a durable and dustless surface.
(2) The paving material and base materials related thereto, shall be capable of supporting all anticipated loads without damage. The owner shall, at his or her own expense, maintain the surface and repair any disintegration of the surface by patching or sealing when such disintegration takes place.
(3) The parking of any motor vehicle, camper, boat, or trailer in the front yard or side yard of a residential lot within the village on any surface other than the parking surfaces authorized by this section is prohibited.
(B) Penalties. Whoever violates or fails to comply with division (A) of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
