(A) A copy of the tariff is filed for the convenience of the public in the office of the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
(B) The tariff, or any part thereof, may be revised, amended or otherwise changed from time to time in the manner prescribed by law, and any such changes will supersede the present tariff.
(C) The General Rules and Regulations for Electric Service set forth the conditions under which service is to be rendered, and governs all classes of service to the extent applicable. In case of conflict between any provision of a Rate Schedule and the General Rules and Regulations for Electric Service, the provisions of the Rate Schedule shall prevail. The failure of utility to enforce any of the General Rules and Regulations for Electric Service shall not be deemed a waiver of its right to do so.
(D) Utility shall have the right to execute contracts for service under any Rate Schedule. Utility also shall have the right to execute other contracts for service which may contain provisions not included in the tariff, provided, however, that all approvals of such contracts that may be required by law shall be obtained by utility.
