§ 52.05 PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY BY TOWN.
   The town shall purchase electric energy to supply the requirements of the town and its customers within the town from Indiana Municipal Power Agency (IMPA) under an existing contract or from such other sources and under such future contracts as may be entered into by the Town Council. The current contract shall be kept at the office of the Clerk.
