§ 52.04 ELECTRIC CASH RESERVE FUND.
   There is hereby established an Electric Cash Reserve Fund into which the Clerk-Treasurer shall pay from time-to-time surplus funds over and above these needed to meet the monthly expenses of the electric utility. The funds thus paid into the Cash Reserve Fund shall be appropriated as provided by the Indiana Code and the Town Council.
