§ 52.01 DEPARTMENT OF ELECTRIC UTILITY; SUPERINTENDENT.
   (A)   There is hereby created a Department of Electric Utility which shall be responsible to the Town Council for the operation of the town's electric utility. These terms and conditions for service have been approved by the Town Council pursuant to Ordinance 2018-4 and represent the lawful rules of the utility under I.C. 8-1.5-3-4(a)(11).
   (B)   The Town Council shall appoint a Superintendent of said utility who shall serve as head of the Department of Electric Utility.
