§ 50.03 ELECTRIC MOTORS; REGULATIONS.
   (A)   No user of electric energy of the municipally-owned electric utility of the town shall operate or attempt to start, or have connected with the lines of the said utility, any electric motor of more than 25 horsepower capacity, unless the written permission of the Town Council be first obtained.

   (B)   All users of electric energy of said utility who shall secure the written permission of the Town Council for permission to install an electric motor of more than 25 horsepower capacity shall conform to the regulations of said Council in regard to the starting equipment of such motor.
