§ 50.02 REMOVAL OF UTILITIES FROM INDIANA UTILITY REGULATORY COMMISSION.
   The municipally-owned electric and water utilities of the town shall be hereby removed from the jurisdiction of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for approval of rates and charges, and for the issuance of stocks, bonds, notes, or other evidence of indebtedness.
