Fifty percent of the proceeds from the Violations Bureau shall be deposited into the General Fund of the town unless otherwise designated within the specific provision of an ordinance set forth in Appendix A. Fifty percent of the proceeds from the Violations Bureau shall be deposited in the Police Fund of the town, unless otherwise designated within the specific provision of an ordinance set forth in Appendix A.
