Other civil penalties set forth in the ordinances designated in Appendix A shall be superseded by the civil penalties set forth in Appendix A. However, nothing herein shall be taken to preclude the Town Council from recovering its expenses incurred for abatement of nuisances as provided in Chapter 91 of the code in addition to the civil penalties set forth in Appendix A.
