§ 33.40 STORMWATER REVENUE FUND.
   (A)   There shall be, and hereby is created, the Storm Water Revenue Fund.
   (B)   Any and all revenue collected by the town under and pursuant to (the most current storm water fee ordinance) 2012-7 shall be deposited into the Storm Water Revenue Fund.
   (C)   Any and all expenditures from the Storm Water Revenue Fund shall be made only for the use, benefit, operation, and maintenance of the town sewage works.
