§ 33.38 TIF FUND.
    There is hereby established and created a TIF Fund for the town, for the deposit of any and all revenues generated by the town TIF District as specified in Resolutions No. 2006-001, 2006-002, 2008-001. All previously generated TIF revenues, in addition to any future TIF revenue shall be deposited into this Fund, and may only be expended pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 36-7-14 et seq.
