§ 33.37 SPECIAL LOIT DISTRIBUTION FUND.
   A need now exists for the establishment of a Special LOIT Distribution Fund (257) for the specific purposes as spelled out in I.C. 6-3.6-9-17(h)(1)(A). The sources of funding for the newly established fund may include 2016 LOIT special distributions and any other funding source not specifically prohibited by law. This fund shall be subject to the same appropriation process as other municipal funds.
