§ 32.066 MEMBERSHIP, COMPOSITION, AND TERMS.
   (A)   The Town Plan Commission shall be composed of nine total members which shall include:
      (1)   Three official members;
      (2)   Four citizen members who reside within the incorporated limits of the town; and
      (3)   Two citizen members who reside within the unincorporated area subject to the town’s Zoning and Subdivision Control Ordinances.
   (B)   The three official members shall be in the town government, at least one of whom shall be a member of the Town Council, appointed by the Council.
   (C)   Terms of appointed official members shall coincide with their terms of office or appointment, except that the Town Council at the first regular meeting of any year may appoint another as its representative from the town government.
   (D)   The four citizen members who reside within the incorporated boundaries of the town shall be appointed by the President of the Town Council. Not more than two of the citizen members shall be of the same political party.
   (E)   The two citizen members who reside within the unincorporated area subject to the town’s Zoning and Subdivision Control Ordinances shall be appointed by the County Executive, and must not be of the same political party.
   (F)   Terms of the citizen members shall be four years.
   (G)   Terms of the citizen members shall expire on January 1 in the fourth year following their appointment.
