The Housing Board shall be charged with the primary responsibility of the following:
(A) Surveying and inventorying the available housing in the town, assisting and advising the Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals as to needed changes in the Zoning or Subdivision Control Ordinance to facilitate and aid in the future development of the town;
(B) To aid and assist the Town Council on such other matters and at such times as the Town Council may from time to time delegate to said Housing Board; and
(C) Performing such other duties and responsibilities as the Town Council or the town may, from time to time delegate to said Housing Board.
