§ 33.47 CARES ACT FUND.
   There is hereby established in the town a fund for the deposit of any monies awarded to the town from the Indiana Finance Authority pursuant to any Cares Act money received. The fund shall be referred to as the “Cares Act Fund.” Monies deposited in the Cares Act Fund shall be expended with appropriations only for the purposes awarded under the Cares Act.
