§ 32.051 MEMBERS; OFFICERS.
   (A)   Upon the establishment of such Housing Board, the terms of the members initially appointed shall be as follows.
      (1)   Two of the members selected by the Town Council President shall be selected for initial terms (in 1988) of two years and one of the members appointed by the Town Council President shall serve an initial term of one year. Of the two members appointed by the Town Council (in 1988), one shall serve an initial term of one year and one shall serve an initial term of two years.
      (2)   Thereafter as the term expires, each new appointment shall be for a two-year term. All terms shall expire on the first Monday in January but an appointee shall continue in office until a successor is appointed and qualified.

   (B)   At its first regular meeting in each year the Housing Board shall elect a President and Secretary and such other offices as said Board may deem necessary.
