(A) The town hereby approves and adopts the Infectious Disease Outbreak Response Plan attached to Resolution 2020-3 and incorporated by reference as if adopted in full herein. The Plan may be changed and modified from time to time as conditions warrant, at the discretion of the various Department Heads, the Clerk-Treasurer and the Town Council. A copy of the most recent and up-to-date version of the Plan shall be kept and maintained at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.
(B) The town adopts and to the extent necessary modifies its employment and employee practices as set forth in workforce guidelines, attached to Resolution 2020-04 and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. These guidelines shall provide direction to town officials and town employees although these guidelines may be modified on a case-by-case basis. Each employee of the town has a responsibility to become familiar with the workforce guidelines and to follow said guidelines.
(C) The Town Council adopts and to the extent necessary modified its employment and employee practices as set forth in the Pandemic Leave Plan, attached as Exhibit A to Resolution 2020-05, and the Single Claim Approver Process, attached as Exhibit B to Resolution 2020-05. Exhibits A and B are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. The guidelines shall provide direction to town officials and town employees although these guidelines may be modified on a case-by-case basis. Each town employee has a responsibility to become familiar with these policies and to follow said policies.
