§ 32.016 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of said Economic Development Commission shall be to investigate, study, and survey the need for job opportunities, industrial diversification, and economic stability, development, and general welfare of the town, and to carry out the duties and powers as set forth in I.C. 36-7-12.
