§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of § 150.03 shall be fined as set froth in Chapter 36, Appendix A.

   (C)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 150.15 through 150.21 or I.C. 36-7-9-28 shall commit a Class C infraction for each day such violation continues.
