(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) (1) The penalty provisions set forth in Chapter 36, Appendix A, shall apply to violations of § 130.01 for the first and second offenses by a child.

(2) The third time a child is found in violation of § 130.01, the child’s parent or guardian shall be issued a citation and shall be penalized as set forth in Chapter 36, Appendix A.
