§ 31.03 FIRE MARSHAL.

   (A)   The Town Fire Marshal (also known as “Fire Chief”) is elected by the Volunteer Fire Department from among its members, subject to approval by the Town Council, and is subject to dismissal by the Council.

   (B)   Duties of said Marshal include:

      (1)   Directing and taking charge of the fire protection of the town; and

      (2)   Directing and taking charge of the town’s Volunteer Fire Department.
