§ 110.17 PROVISION OF SERVICE TO ANNEXED AREAS.
   The grantee shall extend the cable system into annexed areas of the town, within one year from the effective date of said annexation, provided further that at least 20 homes per mile of cable have indicated a desire to be connected to cable television.
