§ 110.15 ACTIVITIES PROHIBITED.
   A grantee shall not allow its cable or other operations to interfere with television reception of persons not served by the grantee, nor shall the system interfere with, obstruct, or hinder in any manner, the operation of the various utilities servicing the residents of the town. Upon notice to the grantee, it shall take whatever action is necessary to correct any interferences as outlined in this section. Failures of the grantee to make said corrections shall result in the termination of its franchise. No notice or hearing shall be necessary for said termination.
