§ 110.13 CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE.
   Upon the grant of a franchise under this chapter, all work necessary for the installation of the cable television system in the town shall be completed within six months of the passage of such grant or said grant shall be null and void. A certificate of completion shall be filed with the Town Council.
