§ 110.12 COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION.
   (A)   Upon grant of a franchise to construct and maintain a community television system in the town, the grantee may enter into contracts with light, gas, and water utility which service the town, telephone company, or others for the uses of poles and posts necessary for proper installation of the system, obtain right-of-way permits from appropriate town, state, county, and federal officials necessary to cross highways or roads under their respective jurisdictions, to supply main truck lines from the grantee’s receiver antennas, obtain permission from the federal aviation authority to erect and maintain antennas suitable to the needs of the system and its subscribers, and obtain whatever other permits the town, county, state, or federal agency may require.
   (B)   In the construction, installation, and maintenance of its system the grantee will use steel, cable, and electronic devices all of specialized and advanced design and type.
