§ 110.11 RATES AND CHARGES.
   All rates charged by a grantee to subscribers to its service shall be standard, uniform, and reasonable. The town has no control over any rates and charges. A grantee by virtue of this chapter does not become a town utility subject to its power to regulate and control rates.
