(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates § 93.08 shall be fined according to local, state and federal law; and if bodily injury results, shall be fined not more than $10,000, or imprisoned for not more than ten years, or both; and if death results shall be subject to imprisonment for any term of years or for life.
