§ 30.35 INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS.
   All ordinances, orders, or resolutions shall be introduced by a member of the Town Council, or by any committee of said Council, or by the Board of Health. All ordinances upon introduction shall be consecutively numbered.
