§ 30.24 ADVISORY BOARD.
    (A)   There is hereby created and established the Advisory Board consisting of five members, all of whom shall be nominated by the President of the Town Council at the first meeting of the Town Council in January of each year, and who shall be appointed to said Advisory Board by a majority vote of the Town Council.
   (B)   Two of the members so appointed shall serve an initial term of one year, two shall serve an initial term of two years, and two shall serve an initial term of three years. All terms shall expire on December 31 in the year in which the term is completed. Members shall be eligible for reappointment to new terms on said Advisory Board.
   (C)   Said Advisory Board so created shall have such duties and responsibilities as may be delegated to it from time to time by majority vote of the Town Council, and meetings of said Advisory Board shall be called by majority vote of the Town Council.
   (D)   Members appointed to said Advisory Board shall be residents of the town.
   (E)   Said Advisory Board so created may be terminated at any time by the passage of an ordinance repealing this section in compliance with applicable state law.
