§ 30.23 EMPLOYMENT OF LEGAL COUNSEL.
   The town, by its Town Council, at any meeting of such Council, upon the adoption of a resolution therefor, may employ the legal services of any attorney qualified in the state to advise and assist such Council in discharging its duties and effectively exercising its powers. The Council may enter into agreements with any such attorneys providing among other things, for the services to be performed and for the payment by such town of a reasonable compensation therefor.
