It shall be unlawful for any person to harbor or possess within the town, any poisonous animal, reptile, amphibian, fish, or insect, any dangerous animal, or any animal that poses a threat to public health and safety. The same may be impounded by the Animal Control Agency and disposed of in the best interest of the animal, and to protect the safety of the public and humane officers.
