(A) The substantive general ordinances shall constitute and be designated as the “Town Code of Argos, Indiana”, and may be so cited.

(B) For brevity herein, the Town Code of Argos, Indiana will sometimes be referred to as “the code” or “this code”, and any use of said phrases shall be constituted to mean the Town Code of Argos, Indiana, unless the context clearly requires some other meaning.
