§ 30.15 REGULAR MEETING TIME.
   The regular, stated, and fixed meetings of the Town Council shall be the first and third Wednesdays of each month, and at such hours as the Council may direct. In years following municipal elections, however, the first regular meeting of the year shall be on the first Wednesday in January as required by state law.
